Reformer Pilates Level 2 Workshop by HNFC Academy
HNFC, as part of its collaboration with the most popular American educational organizations in the field of exercise and health science, is organizing for the first time a Reformer Pilates Level 2 seminar. Following on from the Reformer Pilates Level 1 seminar, Level 2 offers you 12 hours of theoretical and practical training, in which we will look at the Reformer Pilates Level 2 exercises, modifications to the exercises and their progression. We will also cover the structure and organization of an personal group personal Reformer Pilates class with a combination of level 1 and level 2 exercises. Finally, we will look at modification of the exercises for the special population of level 2, i.e. exercisers with musculoskeletal problems involving the waist, knees and neck. The presenter of the programme will be Spyridoula Bakogianni, BSc Physical Education and Sports Science AFAA Master Pilates Trainer. We will also cover the structure and organisation of a Reformer Pilates personal & group personal class and look at modifying the exercises to suit the specific level 1 population, i.e. practitioners with musculoskeletal problems involving the back, knees and neck.
