HNFC is in no way responsible for your communication with third party service providers that may be advertised on its website and for any commercial transaction that may arise from the relationship between you.
In addition, you hereby accept that you will indemnify HNFC and its partners for any legal dispute arising between HNFC and third parties due to the content you have posted, published or otherwise transmitted through the HNFC services, as well as in case of inaccurate data entry during your registration or updating of your data and in general in case of any violation of these terms of use. Any use contrary to the above, in addition to any or all civil and criminal penalties, will result in the deletion of this content and at the same time the termination of the account of the member who violates the present terms and conditions and the services provided without any notice.
In the event that HNFC is notified that any content causes moral injury or other damage to a third party, it will cooperate with any police or judicial authority, as defined by law, in order to reveal the identity of any user posting or transmitting such material or information.
Members undertake that the information they submit to the website hnfc.shop is complete, correct and accurate, that they comply with the rules of Greek Law and especially with the provisions of telecommunications legislation, that they refrain from any illegal and contrary to good morals use of the website and that they do not violate any kind of rights of third parties and, in particular, personal privacy.
In the event that a member causes technical damage to the website or the systems that transmit the HNFC website, he/she shall be liable for any damage resulting from such damage, due to the fraudulent or negligent conduct of such member, and shall bear any costs incurred to repair the damage.
Your order
As soon as you complete and confirm your order online by completing and sending the relevant order form on the website, we will confirm your order by sending you an order number via E-mail. The order is only binding once it has been accepted by HNFC with the relevant confirmation e-mail. In any case, this E-mail does not guarantee that the respective service is available. In this case, we will contact you within 2 working days of the confirmation e-mail and either offer you another similar service, or cancel the order and refund the full amount of the purchase price.
Although we make every effort to fulfil all your orders, the acceptance of an order does not legally imply its fulfilment.
In an effort to prevent the illegal use of credit cards and other payment options, we will use every possible means to confirm the absence of fraud in every order. In any event, however, we cannot guarantee that we can prevent the unlawful use of such information by unauthorized third parties.

Prices
Before sending an order you declare that you are aware of the following information:
1. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In any case, however, at the time of receipt of the product ordered, you will pay the price stated at the time of ordering.
HNFC in good faith, is not responsible and is not bound for any errors in features, photos and prices of products listed on the hnfc.shop website and cannot ensure that there will be no errors from any cause when entering and/or updating the features and/or price of a product.
Right of withdrawal.
The Customer in accordance with the provisions of article -4- paragraph 10 of Law 2251/1994, as currently in force, may withdraw without justification from the purchase contract of the product/service within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the next day of purchase of the product/service, with written notification (via email by clicking here) of his request to the Company. Subsequently, the Company will refund to the Customer the money corresponding to the value of the product/service after communication and consultation with the Customer. After the expiry of the above deadline, the beneficiary of the product/service is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal and the Company no longer has any relevant obligation towards the latter.
Where withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the Customer must pay an amount proportional to the services provided up to the date of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal pursuant to article 4 § 10 of Act No. 2251/1994 does not apply:
In cases of supplying digital content not provided on a physical medium, if the performance started with the prior express consent of the Customer and the confirmation by the Customer that he/she loses the right of withdrawal.
Separate terms and conditions apply to special offers:
After fourteen (14) calendar days from the expiration date of the offer, the Company will not proceed with any cancellation or credit for future purchases in any offer.
Intellectual property rights
The entire content of our website, including but not limited to the trademarks, logo, texts, designs, graphics, photographs, software, services provided and all agreements relating to them are the intellectual property of HNFC and are protected by Greek and International Law. HNFC will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whether caused by illegal acts (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. The maximum aggregate amount due to you for any product shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the product at the time of purchase, and we reserve the right to pay that amount to you in satisfaction of any claim you have against us.

Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions herein are drawn up and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Greek state and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
Force majeure
HNFC is not liable for any breach of these terms due to force majeure, as well as for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, floods, fires, emergencies, disasters, strikes within the Greek Territory or outside, wars, acts of terrorism, mechanical failures and in general, any incident that does not allow the proper execution of orders. HNFC will take appropriate action to meet its obligations within a reasonable period of time.
If such incidents last for more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
