Functional Movement Screen Clinical Overview Back Pain by FMS – Seminar for the treatment of patients with low back pain (LBP)

249.00

Program Points: 0.3 NASM The Lumbar Pain Management (LBP) Seminar is designed for healthcare providers who treat patients with low back pain (LBP).
It will help you get the best evidence for these patients by applying the regional interdependence model through the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
Patient history, evidence and clinical application of the modern treatment-based classification (TBC) and the recently proposed Specific Treatment for Spinal Problems (STOPS) are discussed.
The course includes demonstrations of evidence-based testing and the most common treatment techniques (manual therapy and therapeutic exercise) required to accurately position and effectively treat the patient in each of the 3 main TBC categories (specific direction, mobilization and stabilization) and the key related categories from the STOPS approach.
Clinical integration of SFMA findings and advances in appropriate functional movement system discharge tests is also covered. The program is offered in English through the FMS (USA) online platform.
