Reformer Pilates Level 1 Workshop by HNFC Academy

The HNFC, in the context of its cooperation with the Most Popular American Educational Organizations in the field of exercise and health science, is organising for the first time a seminar Reformer Pilates Level 1. The seminar offers you 10 hours of theoretical and practical training, where we will review the basic Reformer pilates level 1 exercises, alternatives to the exercises and talk about their evolution. We will also cover the structure and organisation of a Reformer Pilates personal & group personal class and look at modifying the exercises to suit the specific level 1 population, i.e. practitioners with musculoskeletal problems involving the back, knees and neck. The instructor for the program will be Spyridoula Bakoyannis, AFAA Master Pilates Trainer. Places are limited (up to 10 people in person).
