For the first time in Greece, NSCA Greece, in collaboration with HNFC Academy, proudly presents the groundbreaking workshop “Simplifying Power Training: Fundamentals and Advanced Techniques”. This workshop is designed for fitness and performance professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of the principles and advanced techniques of strength and power training.

Participants will gain valuable insights into the load-velocity relationship, rate of force development (RFD), and the most effective methods for power enhancement. Additionally, they will explore advanced training strategies such as complex training, postactivation potentiation, and cluster sets, all tailored to optimize practical application and athletic performance.
