Reformer Pilates Level 2 Workshop by HNFC Academy

As part of its collaboration with the most popular American educational organizations in the field of exercise science and health, HNFC is organizing a Reformer Pilates Level 2 seminar.

Following the Reformer Pilates Level 1 seminar, Level 2 offers 12 hours of theoretical and practical training, during which we will examine the Level 2 Reformer Pilates exercise repertoire, exercise modifications, and their progression. We will also cover the structure and organization of a Reformer Pilates personal and group class, combining Level 1 and Level 2 exercises. Finally, we will examine exercise modifications for the Level 2 special population—that is, clients with musculoskeletal issues affecting the lower back, knees, and neck.

The program instructor will be Spyridoula Bakogianni, BSc in Physical Education and Sports Science and AFAA Master Pilates Trainer.

Places are limited (up to 10 people in person).

Reformer Pilates Level 2 Workshop by HNFC Academy

The HNFC Academy’s Reformer Pilates Level 2 seminar is designed for professionals who have already completed the introductory level and wish to deepen their understanding of the functional application of the Reformer exercise repertoire.

The training focuses on the progressive development of Level 2 exercises, the combined teaching of Level 1 and Level 2 material, as well as specialized adaptations for populations with increased functional needs.

The program enhances the ability to design and deliver advanced one-on-one and small-group Pilates classes, based on scientific principles of kinesiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation.
