Pilates Comprehensive Certification Program
A comprehensive professional training program
The HNFC Academy’s Pilates Comprehensive Certification Program integrates all the basic equipment and methods of the Pilates system—Mat, Reformer (Levels 1, 2, and 3), Barrels, and Wunda Chair—into a single training program. This is not a standalone seminar, but rather a structured development path that guides professionals from the fundamentals of Mat to full certification as a Studio Instructor, backed by strong scientific evidence and extensive practical application.
The program consists of 106 hours of in-person training.
Why a comprehensive program, rather than a single seminar?
Most Pilates instructors specialize in a single piece of equipment—usually the Mat or the Reformer. The result is a fragmented body of knowledge that limits both their teaching capabilities and their career prospects.
The Pilates Comprehensive Program follows a different philosophy: it teaches the entire Pilates system as a unified methodological whole. The trainee begins with the fundamental principles of the Mat—core stabilization, alignment, breathing, movement control—and gradually progresses to the Reformer, Barrels, and Chair, understanding how each apparatus expands upon and complements the others.
This approach shapes a well-rounded professional, capable of designing and delivering personal and group personal training programs across the entire spectrum of Pilates, adapting exercises to specific populations, and working comfortably in a fully equipped studio.
CERTIFICATION
The trainee completes each workshop individually and receives the corresponding certification. By the end of the program, they will have earned a complete set of certifications documenting comprehensive training in the Pilates system:
