It introduces the “EAARS” model of functional breathing and a new “method of assessment”. Various tools for assessing and controlling dysfunctional breathing are also provided. In addition, an approach to retraining breathing exercises based on neurodevelopmental evolution is presented, which can be applied in the context of fitness and rehabilitation. The course is organized into 7 learning modules that include practical demonstrations of assessment and treatment in the form of examples. The program is offered in English through the FMS (USA) online platform.
