Reformer Pilates Level 3 Workshop by HNFC Academy

HNFC, as part of its collaboration with the most popular American educational organizations in the field of exercise science and health, is organizing a Level 3 Reformer Pilates seminar.
Following the Pilates Reformer Level 2 seminar, Level 3 offers 12 hours of theoretical and practical training, during which we will explore the advanced Level 3 exercise repertoire, exercise modifications, and Pilates Jumpboard with two approaches: jumps (aerobic-style exercises) and rehabilitation (static movements). In addition, we will cover the structure and organization of a Reformer Pilates personal and group personal training session, incorporating exercises of all levels but focusing primarily on the use of the Jumpboard.

Space is limited (up to 10 people in person)
